We know this can be a challenging topic for some families. If you've listened to our music, you know that we bring up some difficult subjects in our songs; from death to guns to immigration, etc. We're not telling you how to have these conversations with your kids and we're not trying to push an agenda. We're just asking how we can approach these topics (in this case, gender) with a more open mind.

As childhood friends growing up in Denver Colorado, Joe Mailander and Justin Lansing were always exploring the outdoors. Now, as the GRAMMY® Award-winning Okee Dokee Brothers, they record and perform family music with a goal to inspire children and their parents to get outside and experience nature. They believe this can motivate kids to gain a greater respect for the natural world, their communities and themselves.
