Viruses

Come with us to learn about viruses - they’re very, very small but don’t be fooled by their size because they can sometimes be deadly - like the flu or coronavirus. They’re also called germs and can make us sick. They’re too small to see with the naked eye - but we’ve got microscopes to find them and study them up close. They can’t hide because we know where to find them - we know where they live and what they do to stay alive. You can be like a detective, working out just what these germs are up to and how we can stop them from making us sick by going viral! Wearing masks is just one way of stopping them from spreading among us and to other animals, like our cousins, gorillas. One other thing we can do is to get vaccinated, so we have even more protection from viruses. Washing our hands also really helps! Look and love and learn with N*Gen!
