There are two types of skeleton found in nature: endo and exo. Exoskeletons are on the outside of the body, organisms with a shell like crabs and lobsters have these as well as insects. Endoskeletons are internal, this is what vertebrates such as humans have. In this video, we will look at the structure and function of the human skeleton.
